At Tuggit, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more before taxes and discounts.
If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. This amount may be deducted from the refund if a prepaid return label is provided by Tuggit.
Return Shipping
If you choose to return an eligible item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is defective.
Returns must comply with our Return Policy.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Tuggit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Tuggit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
